& a Full Week Training In the field with another team member
As a new team member it is extremely important you complete your Independent Contractor Agreement before receiving your credentials to work.
We require a full week of assuring an agent is properly trained on the importance of program compliance, best practices and proper use of the tools used in our team member's daily activities. There will be a check list to assure each new member has gone over the different application scenarios and how to resolve issues that may arise in the application process.
SIMTRU does require a 5 week new agent probationary period in which the new team member and the SIMTRU leadership may evaluate if both parties find the relationship mutually beneficial. Expectations are a minimum sales per week to maintain your Independent Contractor Agreement.
